Online tours cannot be scheduled less than 4 hours in advance, but walk-in tours are welcome during business hours, subject to availability. To tour or lease any of our apartment homes, you must have either a valid U.S.-, Mexico-, or Canada-issued driver’s license or a valid, current passport. We will complete an ID verification in advance of your tour.

Refundable Fees
- Standard Security Deposit - $350 up to 2 months’ rent (based on credit approval), determined individually for each applicant
Our community offers a controlled-access parking garage at $100/month per car for non-reserved spaces or $150/month per car for reserved spaces. Guest parking is $10 overnight starting at 11:00 pm. Please note that there are no charging stations available in the garage, and that the garage height is 6 feet. Please note that parking is subject to availability, and our leasing team can assist with current options and pricing.
Retail, resident, and future resident parking are located in the Quimby on 23rd parking garage. The garage entrance is located on Clark St., across from the Hilton Hotel, and next to the Virginia ABC. You can use Google Maps to take you directly to the garage via this link here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/3KQvvJa9fkfdLtjHA. Keep a lookout for the Quimby on 23rd sign above the garage entry to know you're in the right place! Once parked, follow the signs to reach our lobby.
If you are coming for a tour, you can park for free in our garage. When entering the garage, pull a ticket and take it with you. Park in the future resident spots immediately ahead as you come down the garage on the first level, marked with signs reading "future resident parking." From the garage, you can take the stairs directly to the lobby. Parking elevators are also available in the garage and provide access to 23rd Street South for retail access. We will validate your ticket before you leave.

The Dweck Customer Service Pledge guarantees that if we haven’t met your expectations, within the first 30 days of your lease start, simply provide a 30-day written notice to either 1) transfer to another residence within your community, 2) transfer to another Dweck community, or 3) break your lease – no questions asked and no additional fees.

The Dweck Properties Customer Service Pledge guarantees that during weekdays, any non-emergency maintenance requests, questions, or concerns submitted will receive a personal response within two business days. If we cannot complete the non-emergency maintenance request within two business days, you will be notified of the status and when to expect resolution.

Pets
Your pets are welcome here, but we do have restrictions that may apply. Each apartment home allows up to two pets. Cats and dogs require a $500 one-time fee per pet and $60 monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions may apply, so please review our full Pet Policy here.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport sits one Metro stop away from Quimby on 23rd (a direct ride on the Blue/Yellow lines). Sometimes our residents even walk to the airport! While it’s not a super straightforward route to walk now, there are future plans for a more direct pedestrian bridge connecting Crystal City to DCA between Crystal Drive and Terminal 2. Very exciting!

The program offers 3% rent concession and a waived application fee for eligible applicants with the following professions:

In order to qualify for the discount:
- The professional must live and work in the same county/city as Quimby on 23rd
- The applicants must provide proof of employment via a paystub or otherwise
- If another special discount is offered for the apartment home the applicant would like to rent, they can choose that special pricing or the 3% discount, but not both

Quimby on 23rd is an active participant in the Military Rental Partnership Program (RPP), which means that we offer a 5% military discount to active-duty individuals who qualify through participating bases and defense organizations. The program may include waived security deposit, application, and credit check fees, subject to location- and organization-specific participation guidelines. Qualifying military situations, such as active duty, deployment, change of duty station, reservist or National Guard activation, voluntary enlistment, draft, or release from active duty, allow early lease termination consistent with SCRA protections, without lease termination fees or concession payback charges when documentation is provided. Foreign Service members and Diplomats can request additional lease-break accommodations through the leasing team.
